Abu Dhabi Airports has appointed The Al Musbah Group as the new parking concessionaire for Abu Dhabi International Airport in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The group will be responsible for a range of airport services including baggage wrapping, airport parking and the Airport Service Centre, where passengers can access business services such as fax and email, as well as deposit luggage or valuable items. Other additional services include the premium Car Spa cleaning and valet service, as well as a higher level of customer service from newly trained staff.
All automated payment machines at the airport’s car parks will be equipped to accept credit cards, and a new tariffs schedule is being implemented. The investment and upgrades being implemented throughout the facility have been designed to enhance customer comfort and ease of use throughout the airport experience.
