Pittsburgh do-it-yourself paint studio Paint Monkey has opened at Pittsburgh International Airport. The most recent pop-up to welcome customers through Airmall Pittsburgh’s POP-OPPs program, Paint Monkey’s new art kiosk on Concourse B adapts the brand’s unique studio space to an airport setting.

The new opening gives passengers the chance to paint a pre-sketched canvas sized to fit into carry-on baggage, with the option to work on larger pieces that can be shipped home or to the customer’s flight destination. Paint Monkey also offers art for purchase.

Joe Groom, owner of Paint Monkey, said, “Pittsburgh loves Paint Monkey, and our studios are a big hit among families, couples and friends looking for a fun and creative activity.

“Bringing Paint Monkey into the terminal is great for travelers of all ages seeking a unique way to make the most of their trip or something different to do at the airport.”
