The next Passenger Terminal EXPO & CONFERENCE will be staged 28, 29, 30 June & 1 July, 2021, at the RAI Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The 2020 event was originally planned to open at the end of March 2020 in Paris, but was subsequently rescheduled to early June at the same venue. However, global circumstances have required the full postponement of this global industry event into 2021, when it will run in accordance with its long-term plan in Amsterdam, on the dates of June 28, 29, 30, and July 1.
Tony Robinson, show founder and CEO of UKi Media & Events, which organizes the expo, told Passenger Terminal Today: “Following extensive consultations with many of our exhibitors and visitor communities, and taking into account the extraordinary circumstances that the world finds itself in, we have reluctantly taken the decision to delay the next Passenger Terminal EXPO to June 2021 when it will run in Amsterdam.”
He continued: “In the meantime, we send our best wishes to you all around the world in these difficult times for societies, businesses and families. I would also like to thank all of our pre-registered visitors, exhibitors, speakers and delegates who have been fantastically supportive.
“The new dates for your planning and diaries are June 28, 29, 30, and July 1, 2021, at the Amsterdam RAI. We look forward to seeing you there and contributing to the process of developing the world’s next generation of airports.”

This year will see an extra day added to the conference, under the theme: ‘Tales of the Unexpected’, to be held on Monday, June 28, 2021. The day will cover the unparalleled turn of events that Covid-19 began in early 2020 through to the current day. Thoughts and examples from aviation leaders on developing best-practice airport processes and spaces for the future safety of the travelling public and prosperity of the industry will be discussed. This extra day will be free with any conference pass.
