PPLML rebrands to Plaza Premium Group

Independent lounge operator Plaza Premium Lounge Management Limited (PPLML) has rebranded to Plaza Premium Group (PPG) following the addition of two new divisions in transit hotel management and meet and greet services. As part of the rebrand, PPG has also unveiled a new logo and mission statement – ‘making travel exceptional’.

PPG’s new transit hotel division Aerotel will manage short-stay hotels based in the airport terminal, where passengers can book by the hour depending on their needs. The first Aerotels will be opening in Singapore Changi Airport and Abu Dhabi International Airport later this year, with a subsequent opening in London Heathrow Airport in 2016.

Allways, the new meet-and-greet service from PPG, will operate from the curb to apron and apron to curb, providing passengers with a multitude of concierge services. This includes welcome gifts, one-stop pick-ups, lounge stays, buggy services, baggage handling and limousine transfers, as well as restaurant and itinerary recommendations. The Allways service will be launched at seven airports including Toronto Pearson International in Canada; Indira Gandhi International in India; Macau International in China; Kuala Lumpur International in Malaysia; Muscat International in Oman; Changi in Singapore; and London Heathrow in the UK.
